Project-specific license structure
Licensing is handled per project. Depending on the engagement, the client may receive a tailored assignment, a project-specific license, or ongoing access rights documented in the governing proposal, order form, or service agreement.
Ownership and third-party components
Ownership, reuse rights, and any included third-party libraries or hosted services are defined in the engagement documents. Where third-party components are involved, their own license terms continue to apply alongside the project agreement.
Support, changes, and follow-on work
Updates, maintenance, support windows, and enhancement work are provided according to the purchased scope. Ongoing support, new features, and later alterations to the software are handled as part of the active agreement or a new project phase.
Project completion and termination
Any end-of-project transition, continued use rights, hosted access, handoff support, or termination terms are governed by the applicable client agreement so the exit path matches the type of software and delivery model involved.
